Refund policy


Catherine Phillips adheres to the highest standards of customer service, reflected in its returns policy, which aligns with the guidelines set forth by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC).


Change of Mind:


Should you decide to change your mind about a product, Catherine Phillips will accommodate exchanges, provided that the following conditions are met. Please note that failure to fulfill any of these conditions may result in the rejection of your exchange request:


Products must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase.

All labels must remain securely attached to the product.

The products must be in their original condition, unaltered in any way.

The presentation of the original receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Customers are responsible for covering any applicable freight costs associated with returning the products.

Please note that Bouquets & Table Arrangements fall under the category of altered products and, as such, are excluded from the refund or exchange policy. Hence, table arrangements, bouquets, and any custom pieces are non-refundable. 


Damaged or Faulty Products:


At Catherine Phillips, we prioritise the utmost care and attention to detail when it comes to delivering items within our local delivery radius. Our dedicated in-house staff handles these deliveries, ensuring that each item is treated meticulously to maintain our high-quality standards. We take pride in upholding these standards to provide you with a flawless experience.


However, for items that fall outside of our local delivery area, we rely on Aus Post to handle the transportation.
